Jeremiah Fues is a passionate personal injury attorney dedicated to advocating for those harmed by corporate negligence. A 2015 graduate of Stetson University with a double major in History and American Studies and minors in Economics and Psychology, he later earned his law degree with honors from Stetson College of Law in 2018. As a former member of the school’s trial team, he developed strong litigation skills and a deep commitment to justice. His experience spans product liability, roadway defects, brain injuries, and more. Outside of law, Jeremiah enjoys rock climbing and ultimate frisbee.

Chastity, the Firm Administrator at W. With a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, she manages budgets, legal correspondence, and financial statements, while also overseeing communication systems and planning to achieve firm goals. Known for her strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, Chastity excels in policy implementation and confidential record management. Outside work, she enjoys reading, scary movies, and supporting her family’s soccer activities, where her husband coaches their children’s team.

It was during that time that Lee experienced the central role the law plays in keeping everyday Americans safe and ensuring that justice is done. That experience led him to law school, which he completed with distinction before beginning his legal career at one of Florida’s premier personal injury firms in the Tampa Bay area. While employed there, Lee represented those harmed in automobile accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, and for a period of time focused on holding cigarette companies responsible for death, disease, and heartbreak they have caused.
